Easy And Healthy Weight Loss Tips

Here are some easy to follow weight loss tips
1.) Start Your morning with Lemon in a glass of Luke Warm water
2.)Keep a Big water bottle on your desk (drink a lot of water)
3.)Drink Green tea with Ginger in a day
4.)Eat good amount of fruits (Specially papaya, water melon ,apple , orange)
5.) Eat a good amount of veggies (Carrot,Cabbage,Spinach, Mushroom,Beans,Capsicum,Peas,Onion,Garlic, Tomatoes,Beet,cucumber)
6.) Use Very less oil in cooking your food ( Preferably Olive Oil, Canola Oil) but not Peanut oil.
7.) Be active at home or out
8.)Replace
           White Bread with Whole Wheat,
           White Rice with Brown rice,
           Ata with Whole wheat ,
           Butter with a little spoon of olive oil
           Suagr : NO replacement , remove it all together
          Sweat /Chocolate cookies with Low Fat Like (Marie, Cream Craker) 
          Replace your fried Stuff , with Backed one  
9.) If you are Talking on Moblie , rather then sitting start walking , I am sure in a day you 'll do at least 1/2  n hour walking exercise without giving any extra time to it.
10.)Join some hobby class which has physical exercise in it Like BharatNatyam Dance , if you can.
11.) If you are just sitting at home , talking to family/friends  ( Sit in Vajrasana Posture on the floor ) it helps in digestion.
12.) Add these spices in your cooking
       Mustard, Jira,Ajvayan,Ginger,Black pepper .
13.) Don't use much salt as it does the water retention in the body
14.) Replace your Snacks with healthy versions of it
   
        For sandwich ,Use Brown Bread and Load it with as much veggies as you can , avoid potato.
        For BhelPuri ,add Boiled Sprouts (Moong,Chana ,Chola, Corn ) and finely chopped veggies (Beet,Cucumber,onion,tomatoes) It will taste much better then   the regular Bhel Puri and will be much healthier then that too.
       Be innovative and make your snack a 'healthier snack '.
15.) Last but not least ,Have good and sound sleep

I have hypothyroid  and because of this I was facing Hair Loss and Rough Hair problems
from almost an year ago,I tried many hair oils (tried Coconut(Parachute) ,Almond (Bajaj)) but nothing seemed to work for me , Then I went to MouthShut website and found lots of good comments on Vatika(Regular One)
Hair oil, I tried that , It worked as a wonder , I am using it since last 2 months and there is a noticeable difference , I am massaging with it 3 days in a week (Do it in the night , and let  the oil work on  your hairs for the whole night) Then In morning wash it off with Shampoo and cold water  (wash your hair with lot of water , there should not be any residual of  shampoo in hairs).
